Standard Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) – $10
Delivery within 2 business days (excluding weekends).
Note: Rural areas may experience slight delays.
Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air) – $80
Delivery within 1 business day (excluding weekends).
Note: Rural areas may experience slight delays.
Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands (USPS Priority Mail) – $10
Delivery within 2–4 business days.
International Shipping – Not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@glacieraminos.com.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Carrier Delays
Glacier Aminos is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier errors
- Events outside our control
- Extended transit times in rural areas
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Contact UPS or USPS directly.
We’re happy to assist with a carrier claim, but Glacier Aminos is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
Only unopened items are eligible for return.
Contact us at info@glacieraminos.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
Please use a trackable method for returns. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
Refunds
- Processed within 2 business days after receiving your return.
- Issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement as needed.
